QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
When can we check in and out?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Arriving after 6 pm? Let us know in advance. There is a self check-in machine next to the reception.
When is the reception open?
In high season the reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. Outside opening hours, call us on +47 93 24 62 30.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply to emails the same day. Write to post@utvika.no or use the form above. If it’s urgent, call us on +47 93 24 62 30.
How do we change or cancel a booking?
You can change or cancel your booking yourself on our booking page. The cancellation terms are in your booking confirmation.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome.
Can we charge an electric car?
Yes. The charger is at the entrance, next to the shop. You buy access at the reception.
Can we rent the barn?
Yes. The barn can be rented for parties, meetings, courses and much more. Get in touch and we’ll find a solution that suits you.
