1.0 Check-in
1.1 Check-in must take place at the reception upon arrival.
1.2 Rent must be paid in advance.
1.3 In the cabins, the number of beds determines how many people can stay. In caravans and tents, two adults and two children or three adults can stay . More people for an additional fee.
2.0 Security
2.1 The distance between camping units must be a minimum of 4 meters.
2.2 Cars should not be parked in the security zone.
2.3 All units must be equipped with a minimum 2 kg. fire extinguisher.
2.4 Propane containers over 11 kg are not permitted.
2.5 It is not permitted to make fires on the site.
2.6 Lighter fluid and other chemicals should be kept locked up and out of reach of children.
3.0 Environment
3.1 Common areas must be kept clean and tidy.
3.2 No trees on the site or in the surrounding area may be staked with a knife or similar.
4.0 Hygiene
4.1 Good hand hygiene should be practiced when staying in common rooms.
4.2 Garbage should not be left outside the accommodation unit, but placed in a container as soon as possible.
4.3 The place for emptying camping toilets and grey water is in the service building located in the middle of the site. Never empty in the toilets. Motorhomes and caravans with a fixed tank must empty at the grey pump house at the bottom of the site. (See map of the area).
4.4 It is prohibited to wash dishes in the sinks in the toilets. The sink in the kitchen must be used.
5.0 Animals
5.1 Dogs must be kept on a leash as long as they are outside the accommodation unit.
5.2 Walking dogs must be done outside the camping area. Dog bags must be used.
5.3 It is prohibited to bathe the dog on the sandy beach; the headland or boat slip must be used.
5.4 Animals living in rented units should not sleep in beds or on sofas.
6.0 Waste
6.1 Waste must be placed in a container.
6.2 Containers are for household waste only. Other waste can be taken care of by UC for a fee by agreement, otherwise it must be delivered to recycling stations.
7.0 Order
7.1 The area around the accommodation unit must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
7.2 According to Norwegian law, there must be night silence between 23:00 and 07:00. Extended acceptance can be granted upon request.
no later than 10 days before the event. Other guests will be notified in good time.
7.3 The playground and water trampoline are not supervised. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children play safely and doesn't put other children at risk.
7.4 The playground closes at 10:00 PM. Guardians are responsible for complying with this.
If the rules are not followed, you may risk immediate termination from the housing unit/space and be held financially responsible for the violation.
